Federal law states you cannot return human hair products that have been used or altered in any way. We adhere to this strict policy in regards to federal law, health regulations and hygiene concerns.
Shipping & Pickup Policy – 📦
Ready-to-Ship Items placed before 5PM EST will be shipped the next business day
Pre-Orders:
These take 6–8 business days to process.

On or before the 8th business day, your order will be shipped
Order placed Monday → Ships by the following Wednesday → Arrives between Thursday–Saturday
Pick Ups:

Pre-order hair is ready 4–5 business days after placing your order

Ready To Ship collection is available after 5pm for pickup

PLEASE NOTE:
Bleaching the knots incorrectly will cause lace balding/shedding.
We are NOT responsible for lace damage due to bleaching. Overbleaching during a bad color job WILL cause breakage. We are NOT responsible for any damage as a result.
In the event of a chargeback, it is agreed that the customer shall be responsible for
covering any associated dispute resolution and legal fees incurred by TheBarbzVault.
This includes but is not limited to, fees related to mediation and or court proceedings.
ANY fraudulent or potentially fraudulent orders will be cancelled immediately and
reported to the FBI.
